What We Do
We organise aspirational events for organisations that expect a high standard of delivery to their Board of Directors, key clients and partners. This means that we work with tried and tested venues and partners, including conference and meeting venues, hotels, restaurants, caterers, digital and audio-visual services, transport and support, leaving nothing to chance so that every experience we provide is professional and memorable.
We work with London hotels including The Landmark and The Corinthia and for our events we use Kulahub to handle all the delegate management – we are always up to date with attendees.
A typical programme would be:
- Day one: Welcome reception in the Churchill War Rooms London and a presentation by Sir Winston Churchill’s granddaughter, Celia Sandys
- Day two: Conferencing throughout the day in the hotel. Partner tours especially designed across prestigious venues: Westminster Abbey and Fortnum & Mason afternoon tea to name but two.
- Dinner Spencer House, transfers by double decker coaches. Awesome.
- Day three Conferencing and airport transfers
We were asked to pitch for a very special event for the national sponsors of the John F Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts based in DC. As usual we included an event that we called the Anchor Event for the programme. We chose the ’Full Monty’ at Royal Ascot with all the men provided with formal dress. We even timed our departure precisely as the Royal Carriages headed back to Windsor Castle – the Royals gave us an exclusive wave.
